Villa Dimitris

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Dimitris. The villa was perfect for us as a family of 4 ( 2 adults & 2 teenages). Beautifully equipped and clean and with such a lovely pool and grounds around it (olive trees, flowers, fig trees) the outside terrace areas were perfect for alfresco dining and sheltering from the heat. Eleni was the perfect host, she is so lovely and helpful and made us very welcome, she made things so easy for us and even drove us to Kassiopi one morning. Highly recommend the two tavernas at Avlaki, which is only about 5 minutes walk. The boat hire is also great at Avlaki, Toni was very helpful snd we had a wonderful day exploring the coastline. Kassiopi is a 20 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants, we also got the Cosmos boat to Corfu Town from there, a brilliant day out. The village shop was 10 minute walk from the villa.
The villas location means you don't need a car, which made a very relaxing holiday for us. We would highly recommend Villa Dimitris and look forward to returning soon, thank you Eleni and Posarelli Villas.

Stunning villa in beautiful countryside, with a 5 min walk to Avlaki Beach. The pool was crystal clear, we loved everything and would love to come back again - Corfu has our heart. Thank you Eleni for being great, and for Raffa’s birthday decorations and chocolate - you went the extra mile to make his day special! 100% recommend

Our stay at Villa Dimitris was absolutely amazing! Everything about it was perfect. It was really clean, has everything you may need, the host Eleni was very nice and helpful, the location is amazing. We were there with 3 kids (5, 6 and 9 year old) and what we loved the most is that the kids could splash in the pool while we are at the table or making dinner, because we can see them. The whole experience provided by the host was second to none from the communication before our arrival all the way until we left.

We loved staying at this villa! Such a beautiful house and Eleni was a lovely host. Having a pool was a highlight, and it’s about a 25 minute walk into town. Thanks for having us!

Lovely and very clean quiet setting to relax. A lake beach 7 mins walk away, supermarket 10 mins walk away and Kassiopi with many restaurants and bars, 5 mins in a car (20-30 mins walk ). Owner was very helpful and pleasant to deal with without intruding on our holiday.

Beautiful villa in quiet location.

We had a brilliant time and our host Helen was incredibly helpful. The villa was great and exactly what we had expected. All very clean, tidy, all modcons in working order. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and the pool was great, and much needed in the high temperatures. The location worked well for us, with beaches and nice places to eat a short walk away. Eleni is a wonderful, super-helpful host, on hand when needed, whilst giving us space and privacy. I recommend getting full directions from her before arrival as it is a little hard to find first time. I would not hesitate to recommend and wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent villa, exactly what we were looking for. Clean and had all the amenities. Some of the furnishings and fittings were a little dated, but that was on no concern to us. Eleni who looked after us when needed is singled out for special praise - she was excellent - available when needed and yet gave us lots of privacy - thank you!

Helen is such a lovely host and the area is amazing. 2 great tavernas down the road. Pool area was fabulous at villa. We had a great time.

Villa Dimitris was a perfect place for our family. The pool was great for our kids, bedrooms clean and with great Aircon. We used the kitchen a lot and ate outside on the terrace. The house was a 10 min drive to Kassiopi which is a charming local port with good restaurants. Helen was a terrific host and helped with recommendations for beaches etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Dimitris.
The pool was great and there was plenty of outdoor seating around it. Avlaki beach was great but splasher shoes are recommended as it is stony for the most part. Cavo Barbaro taverna is great for lunch or dinner too.
Kassiopi and its beaches are very nice. It is about 25 - 30 mins walk to Kassiopi and about 15 mins to Niko's supermarket. The road is very dark at night. A taxi from Kassiopi is about €8.
There was plenty of wardrobe space in the bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms both had a shower, one of which is over the bath. It was very hot during our stay and we felt that air conditioning in the communal areas would have made the evenings more comfortable.
There were dishwasher and washing machine tablets available, and in the kitchen salt, pepper and sugar. Shower gel and shampoo were provided too.
All in all a great villa in a lovely area of Corfu. Helen was great during our stay. She arranged our return taxi to the airport and it was much cheaper than the one we had hired from Corfu port to the villa. Helen also offered us a lift to the supermarket and also into Kassiopi one day.

Very good location just outside Kassiopi. Great quiet beaches a walk away. Kassiopi about a mile - walkable but car useful. Excellent clean villa with plenty of space. We spent most of our time outside. Helen was great host - never intrusive but always available and helpful.

Modest villa but worked well for us. Great location. We preferred it to the other side of San Stefanos as the roads were easier to navigate. Close to brilliant supermarket Nikos who deliver for free.

Helen and Dimitros are fantastic hosts, and can't do enough for their guests. The villa was even better and more spacious than we expected, and is really well equipped. The pool is wonderful and a decent size.

Fantastic well maintained villa in a great location. Quiet neighbourhood, but easy to walk to bars/restaurants/shops in Kassiopi. There are very pretty beaches nearby.

Helen is a terrific host, and went the extra mile to make sure that we had an unforgettable holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday here and would love to return some day!
