Flavia, Flavia 2

Un lugar donde relajarse en una casa grande y bien restaurada manteniendo detalles originales pero con todas las comodidades de una casa moderna. Destacar la fantástica piscina y la posibilidad de cargar el coche eléctrico en poco tiempo gracias a su cargador.

Location of the apartment was great with easy access to Lucca & Pisa and local restaurants. The grounds, gardens and pool were very well maintained and the apartment was clean with all the required facilities.
We would definitely stay here again

Smuk ejendom med flot have og pool. Dejlig gårdhave som er yderst velholdt. Spændende, ren og velholdt bolig - næsten som at dumpe ned i en anden tidsalder ???? Værten reagerede straks vi havde udfordringer med aircondition, og fik den ordnet af elektriker samme morgen (selvom det var søndag!)

lovely traditional villa in beautiful surroundings. Very helpful host, however as we arrived in the evening there were no shops to buy Essentials. Flavia did give us some milk for a cuppa upon request. (a small welcome pack with Essentials would be nice. even if a small extra charge). Overall We would recommend the villa for your stay in Tuscany half way between Pisa and Lucca.

Super schoon en mooie vakantie woning! De bedden waren schoon en goed. In het dorpje is een gezellig restaurant op loopafstand. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid.

The complex has several Villas of different sizes all inter-connected but still very private. We stayed In Flavia 2. We found the surroundings and location amazing. Located close to Lucca and Pisa - perfect. We hired a car which I would reccommned. The village is quaint, and has a small shop, butchers and restaurants, but we never really ventured out on foot as we were driving most days. For lazy days the pool is great (but not heated and cold). I'd suggest at least 25C or hotter weather to be 'comfortable' for most people. In terms of our Villa, it had most facilities and amenities. if we had any issues Falvia was only a phone call away and was always very prompt! Heating controls were easy to control and individual in every room. We will return. Stayed April 2-10th 2024. Family of 4. Two boys 10 and 14.

Absolutely stunning location in a beautiful quiet area with a backdrop of mountains. Our stay was very quiet and enjoyable, This is a perfect location for couples, families or even business. Everyone was very friendly. We were within easy driving distance of everywhere we wanted to visit, from historical buildings, to beaches and countryside.

The pool was lovely and the three story apartment was simply perfect! We will 100% revisit!

Flavia 2. Das Haus war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Leider bisschen dunkel innen. Wenig Fenster. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und sauber, auch der Pool war super. Oft waren wir hier allein. Leider waren ALLE Betten nur Klappbetten. Bei dem Preis wären richtige Betten angebracht. Auch die angepriesene Hydrodusche war nicht so toll. Super Mini. Für Erwachsene kaum nutzbar. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Absolut negativ waren leider die Vermieter. Sie waren wirklich nicht besonders freundlich. Kein Guten Morgen, gute Heimreise oder sonst eine Kommunikation. Wenn man sich gesehen hat, was oft vorkam, weil sie mit am Gut wohnen, wurde man einfach ignoriert. Schade und nicht nachvollziehbar. Aber, alles in allem, hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Wir haben 14 Tage in der Flavia 2 verbracht. Die Unterkunft war gut. Es gibt zwar ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte. Z.b. ein wenig Schimmel im unteren Bad oder keine Fliegengitter in den Dachfenstern. Sonst war alles gut. Der Pool war auch sehr schön und hat uns viel Spaß und Laune gemacht.
Die Betten hätten ein weniger größer bzw. Stabiler sein können. Sie haben schon zum Teil den Eindruck hinterlassen, dass sie schnell einbrechen könnten. Trotzdem haben wir dort gut geschlafen.
Den größten Kritikpunkt haben wir am Verhalten des „Besitzers“ Bzw. Der Besitzerfamilie. Der Besitzer hat weder gegrüßt noch freundlich reagiert. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass wir unerwünscht waren. Dies ging allen Familien so mit den wir uns unterhalten haben. Das war sehr schade. Eventuell waren auch die Kinder und die Lautstärke am Pool unerwünscht. Leider hat uns niemand etwas gesagt. Es wurde nur „gefühlt“ laut geschimpft und zu anderen Italiener gesprochen/gemotzt. Jedoch nicht zu den Gästen.
Der Ort und der Platz waren super!
Ps: Sehr viel Schnaken in den Abendstunden. Hier sollte man sich vorher eindecken.

Heerlijk om het gevoel te hebben dat je in the middle of nowhere zit terwijl je op loopafstand ‘s morgens vers brood kunt halen, een kop koffie kunt drinken etc. En met de auto zit je in een kwartiertje in het centrum van Lucca. Ook Pisa en de kist zijn makkelijk bereikbaar.

Appartement mag je het niet noemen want met 3 etages is het echt een huis. Een wat stevigere eettafel en een wat ruimere douche cabine op de 1e zou fijn zijn, maar verder weinig op te merken. Fijn ook met deze warme zomer dat er overal airco is.

We waren vroeger dan gepland maar mochten direct van het zwembad gebruik maken.

Fijne plek en we begrijpen dan ook wel dat er gasten waren die er al eerder waren geweest.

En nog een tip voor een goed diner: Ristorante Stefani dal 1888.

Great place for family and friends. Apartments were clean and functional. Easy access to Lucca and Pisa, but also some great local restaurants and shops to explore in the local villageorder pizza from the local restaurants.visit the coffe/patissery. Lucca and Pisa and cinque terra are east to get to. buy some local meat and use the BBQ

This holiday accommodation is perfect, it has almost everything you may need. Its conveniently set between Lucca and Pisa. Village itself where the villa is located had a couple of eateries- if you are vegan, this is not a place for you to stay, unless you cater for yourself. There are several cafe's, post office, and 2 small grocery shops with very basic items available. We stayed in Flavia n 2 villa. The sleeping arrangements are : 2 double rooms on firs floor- the mattress in the master bedrooms was very firm, somewhat springy. the mattress in the other bedroom was better to sleep on. The attic room had 2 single beds, mattresses were perfect for our little boy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, except for lack of knifes, but this was quickly rectified by the host. We would have welcomed to have hand soap or toilet roll on our arrival, and not have to rush to the shop to buy these after arrival.

besten Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir sind mit unserer 1.5 jährigen Tochter angereist und auch sie hatte grosse Freude sich im Innenhof zu bewegen. Wir können den Ort umd die Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen. besten Dank

The property was so nice and the host and her family were very kind. It was a beautiful location too! The town was very quaint and pretty. You definitely need a car though! I’m giving 5 stars but my only small critique would be that they don’t provide hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee filters, or very much toilet paper. We live in Italy so it wasn’t a big deal to buy things because we could take it back home with us. But many tourists don’t want to go buy detergent for 2 loads of laundry or hand soap for 3 days of washing their hands. Then the coffee maker needs special filters that supermarkets don’t sell. If I had known there were no filters, I would have brought some, but tourists can’t just buy them on Amazon. I just think it’d make the property that much more special and nice for people coming to stay. But overall, it was an absolutely lovely place and I would highly recommend it. We hope to visit again.

Fijn, schoon en groot appartement op een geweldige locatie. Genoeg bedjes bij het zwembad voor alle gasten. Flavia is een fijne en flexibele gastvrouw. Het was geen probleem dat er halverwege de week nog een extra gast langskwam. Zeker een aanrader!

We had a lovely stay at Flavia 2! The appartement was very well kept and super clean. As well as the outside area with the terras and the pool.
The owners are super kind and pay a lot attention to maintain the property and the garden with all the lovely flowers.
The place is close to both Pisa and Lucca.

“Mooi ruime appartement met een fantastisch gedeelde zwembad. Ook was het er netjes schoon. Het appartementencomplex bevind zich in een klein plaatsje tussen Lucca en Pisa in. Naar beide plaatsen is het ongeveer 15 minuten rijden. Je bent met 30 min bij het strand van Viareggio. Aangezien het in een klein plaatsje ligt is een auto vereist. Wij hebben er een heerlijke vakantie gehad!”

La struttura è molto bella, accogliente, ben curata, pulita e molto rilassante. La piscina è fantastica e si può fare una nuotatina anche di sera tardi perché si illumina di vari colori: molto suggestiva! Anche l'appartamento Flavia 2 corrisponde perfettamente a quanto descritto e alle fotografie. Appartamento molto pulito, curato e in questo periodo di Covid perfettamente santificato. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e premurosi.
Per coloro che come noi amano fare grigliata c'è a disposizione degli ospiti una bellissima griglia e anche un forno per le pizze.
Consiglio vivamente il posto a tutti coloro che cercano relax ma anche la possibilità di visitare città toscane come Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio, etc in quanto e' situato in una posizione strategica.

Die Anlage ist schön und gepflegt, der Pool grossartig. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine gut ausgestattet, die zum Teil alten Möbel sind charmant. Im Herbst ist es allerdings eher dunkel und kühl darin, die Energiesparlampen geben kaltes Licht, und die Decken sind auch etwas zu kühl. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck könnte besser sein, es ist ein großes Sammelsurium an verschiedenen Teilen. Aber man kommt zurecht. Im Sommer ist es sicher besser dort.”

This is a lovely property, clean and comfortable. It is in a good location for exploring the surrounding areas. The local village has everything you need & we enjoyed walking to the local patisserie for cakes & also eating at the local pizza cafe. We had a hire car and we caught the train into Pisa, Lucca, Florence & Siena from the local train station and found this a good way to get around.
We would have found it useful to have had a welcome pack or some essentials provided ie washing up liquid, binbags etc as we stocked up from the local Lidl but could only buy large packets of things which we couldn't bring home with us. Other than that we had a lovely 10 days and would recommend this property to others!

Absolutely amazing! Tge people are so nice. So easy to get different places. The people are brilliant the place is spotless and beautifully laid out with everything we needed

Wir sind zu 6 Personen verreist und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Unterkunft tolle Gastfreundlichkeit.Sehr ruhige Lage zum entspannen. Den Tip bei *Nonno Mariano* gut essen zu können haben wir von 5 Tagen Aufenthalt drei Mal wahrgenommen. Super leckere Pizza! In nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
